They are now making customers order and pay for drinks at the door, outside in the heat, instead of inside like the other bars. Clear red flag that they have nothing of value inside. There are better bars nearby.

Best place in Pattaya, not even close. I'm a part time resident and can say clearly this is the Best action and best managed. Owner is hands on and will resolve any issue professional. Main problems I see are overly friendly cheapskates, even those idiots get treated fairly.

surprising why they still allow smoking inside.. I couldnt stay long enough to enjoy.. ALL smokers nowadays KNOW they have to go outside to smoke.. Not one business will lose customers for making them smoke outside.. but you WILL lose other customers by allowing people who dont care about your lungs to smoke indoors.. This is very disrespectful and has been addressed in most countries even with specific laws.. Having smoking and non-smoking areas does not work.. the smoke is in the entire air of the place..it does not stay in one area. This is worldwide and everyone knows this.. It needs to be changed at the Windmill.

I still don't get what somebody find special in this a gogo.. Ladies are not attractive at all, they do something other gogo don't do, but still...if you want to trash money here is the perfect place. Many oldier customers, I didn't feel comfortable here.
