No need to sweat about getting scammed there; that's not the norm. Just play it smart and inquire about prices upfront. The usual rates entail 150 Baht per hour for room rental and 125 Baht per hour per girl. Note that you can't whisk away girls from the karaoke like you can from the beer bars—those are reserved for the Farangs. So, you'd have to wait until she wraps up (usually around 2 a.m.) and then make arrangements for later.
